Waited 15 mins for my coffee that i pre ordered i asked where my coffee was she then said its coming we have had a huge coffee rush tell me why i watched 2 people order a coffee well i was waiting and they received theres before i did guy was nice 2 ladies there looked like they hated there job

The service is ok but the guy who made my hot beverage last night probably didn’t receive any training. That is the worst hot chocolate I had ever since, just too damn sweet and when I told him about and asked for hot water to dilute the sweetness he is not very happy

DO NOT GO unless AJ night time male staff is on if you want matcha. The ladies that work there aswell as day staff completely water down the matcha we frequently visit for our ice matcha and the only staff member that actually cares about customer satisfaction is AJ he is a saint at making them!!! Waste of money going if he's not on plus all other staff are not friendly. 3 Star only because of AJ if he was the one running the business 24/7 i would give 5 star

Ordered a coffee on the app, got there and waited over half an hour, and nothing. I asked them after half an hour if they had my order, they just said "no" and didnt bother to ask what it was or anything. Waste of time and money. Never coming back here again.
