The lady with the Afro, complicated a situation for just paying for gas for a rental car. She had no compassion, no empathy & made a mistake closing the TIL and did not want to resolve by just paying with eftpos. Advised us to drive all the way to the airport, get some more cash out, and come back. What a joke.
Lady with the afro, made me late for my flight because she mistakenly closed the till early when processing the a split payment. Then said we had to travel all the way to the airport to get money out of an ATM. This has ruined my entire trip, im so glad I dont have to ever come here again
Indian Rep was rude
Great Service and well merchandised store. Staff is always happy to assist. Have been there on multiple occasions even during late nights, always found clean and tidy and staff is very attentive. Coffee is also great. Definitely recommend to check out if you in the areaz
