Poor customer service, I asked them if their vacuum cleaner and car wash are worse some of the staffs are so rude

Young Indian girl with glasses really needs customer service training. Shocking service. Approached the counter and got a Yip and then completely ignored me throughout the transaction as though I was an inconvenience for her. Z, you can do better than this and ensure your staff have the necessary skills to do the job. Hope this feedback get to the manager of that store.

Avoid! Worst car wash and vacuum in the city, like most the Z car washes. Poorly maintained, expensive and several people recently, including at this car wash, have been caught in malfunctioning Z washes. Z don’t give a soggy shit, pretty much the most expensive fuel in the country and at this particular station poor and disinterested service with a high staff turnover. If you must go to a Z out this way, go to the one in Miramar proper.

I went into the petrol station yesterday afternoon to swap my LPG cylinder. The two young girls behind the counter were doing nothing as there was no one else in the shop other than me. I was promptly given the key for the gas bottle replacement cage. The expectation was that I as the customer was expected to under the padlock, open the crate, swap the bottles, lock the crate again and return the key. I promptly told the girl to get of her backside and do it for me which she begrudgingly did. What fantastic customer service!
