fire the indian lady. i asked for a regular flat white but gave me a regular car wash and tried to gaslight me by saying i asked for it even though i have NEVER bought a car wash before. despite opening the app for her to scan a voucher for a free drink, she still had the nerve to say i asked for a car wash. disappointing customer service.
5 stars for the older kiwi lady that works here, she’s amazing.
I recently bought the Keto BBQ Almonds here. The price on the display clearly said $7.50, but at checkout I was charged $10.50. When I questioned it, the staff admitted they had forgotten to update the price, but still insisted I pay the higher amount. This felt very unfair and misleading. Prices displayed should match what customers are charged, and when there’s an error, it should be honoured—not pushed onto the customer. Transparency and honesty are really important in business, and this experience was disappointing.
Lovely service at 8.45pm on a Sunday , the lady working was very polite and helpful, best service in a while . 🌈💗
