Disappointed with the service I went to Z Fuel Station in Gisborne at night, but they didn’t release the pump. I understand they might not do this for strangers, but I’m a regular customer who visits almost every day. It’s disappointing that they don’t recognize or trust their regulars — this kind of treatment doesn’t feel fair or customer-friendly. I’ve been coming here almost every day, but after this experience, I’ll never come back.
Very disappointing experience I’ve been a regular customer at Z Fuel Station Gisborne, visiting almost every day. Last night, they refused to release the pump. I understand being careful with new customers, but treating regulars the same way is really disappointing. I won’t be coming back after this experience.
