Can you update your opening hours as the store always seems to be closed by 9pm not 10pm
Horrible service. The lady working was so rude as if she had soooo many other things she'd rather do, then her job! Rude. Never going back there since the standard order of service, is very bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We made an $80 purchase on Tuesday the 8th, at around 8:15. The lady was Indian with glasses, and should not be working in customer service until she's fixed her attitude, or at least been trained to force a smile. Not that hard to do, might I add.
Slowest coffees in the world! and not very good either. I must have been sitting there waiting for more than 15 minutes for my coffee, there were less than 5 coffees for her to make before mine. This is really pathetic to be honest considering I walked into work with no time to spare I was lucky not to be late because of her. I used to make coffees at BP and we would clear that many coffees in less than 5 minutes, it took her over 15. To the owner of the Z Fenton Street Rotorua- please read this. You are losing customers because of this very rude staff of yours. I dont know her name, this older woman with long black hair probably maori or pacifika (not sure) who is very unwelcoming and unapproachable. My husband and I stopped going to this petrol station as having to deal with her poor customer service really ruins the mood.
