I come to buy a coffee as a treat once a week- the people working here are so friendly and kind, it honestly makes my morning and is so appreciated ☺️
Just ordered coffees for me and my wife this morning, expecting to get a complimentary cookies but we didn't. But the guy who ordered before us got some....i don't know why she chose to not put anything on our coffees,.... But we're very disappointed about her service.... Every Z coffee we ordered from other branches has a complimentary cookies. Just this branch.....I know it's a petty complaint, but it's the service that made us disappointed. Everyone should get the same service. That's standard.
Good customer service
Extremely disappointed with my visit. I pre-ordered coffee via the app to save time, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. After waiting, the staff finally made it—wrong size, messy spill later in my car. Even worse, at lunchtime, the food cabinet was EMPTY—no pies, no snacks. What’s the point of a gas station if you don’t stock basics? Staff clearly weren’t doing their job. Total waste of time when I needed quick service.
