Seban was so kind and welcoming. I just arrived in New Zealand and it was such a lovely experience to be greeted by someone so friendly and helpful. Excellent service.
Very unfriendly staff and poor service.
Do not trust their point system with unkindness. Previously, I used my point to buy a pie with a staff, Mahduri. She asks me 'any cofee?' whwnever I visit there recently, which sounds kind to me. This time, a lady and gentleman claims I cannot use my point due to some technical problems and I have to call the Z corporation to resolve it, which is my responsibility. A saff made it some staff cannot blaming me for it. I am frustrated with their service.
