absolutely rude and pathetic customer service. our discount card did not work on the self-pay penal on the pump, so we had to go in and ask for assistance and the guy was very rude and said " oh try it there, if it doesn't wok i can't help. We came to Z Whakatāne, and lady helped us to use it. she said they got problem in self-pay unit at the pumps for discount cards
