She had time to listen and talk and help
Dr. Thomas was friendly and warm from the time she entered the room. She was thorough in her questions and understanding of why I was there. If you’re looking for a quick fix, this is not the doctor for you as she considers more than meets the eyes, surface level assumed issues. Also, enjoyedfelt confidence with her PA Brittany.

I was treated kindly and respectfully by Dr. Thomas. She reviewed other aspects of my health other than what I came in to see her about. She did type on her computer - that is how doctors do their notes now - I guess I’m use to it - does not bother me. I sat in chair by her while she asked me questions and typed. I have arthritis pain - asked what I took and suggested adding acetaminophen as needed. A good physician will not push narcotics for pain - unfortunately, a pill isn’t always in a patient’s best interests.
This doctor doesn't listen at all. She interrupted me several times, and finally I told her that it was my turn to talk, and her turn to listen. I had to take my mask off so she could clearly understand what I was telling her. I will be looking into getting a new doctor.

She did all the talking. I had to interrupt her to ask questions
All the staff were very kind, quick and patient. They all seemed concerned with being thorough and correct, which I really appreciate as a new patient.
This Dr. did not see me. I am still in pain and my disease will just get worse. I will eventually have to go to urgent care just to be seen. It was the worst experience at a Dr.'s office ever. If one wishes to be totally ignored and still in pain this is the doctor for you.
Dr. Thomas is very kind polite and professional. She is also very knowledgeable. She new exactly what was going on with my back from my symptoms wich the xrays later confirmed. Great Doctor. JM
