My appt started on time
Dr Thomas cares about her elderly patients. She listens to you and tries her best to help you.
Dr. Thomas asked me how I’m doing and feeling. She is up on what’s going on. Love that. I’m very comfortable either her. She is very approachable. My check up was so awesome. Good news. Her team is totally awesome. They are very kind and helpful. Their professionalism is bar none. Very pleased with everyone. Dr. Thomas is very intelligent. Always thinks ahead.
Took time to talk and give feedback to my questions. If you just want drugs this is probably not the doctor for you. If you want someone professional and caring then give her a try. Been seeing her 10 years with successful referral to specialist when appropriate. Found both types of cancer and got me into appropriate physicians within 2 weeks. Early find means I'm still alive
My previous primary left. I had to find a new one and chose Dr. Thomas. She was not a good listener and even prescribed the wrong medicine from a prescription I told them was changed from another doctor. She was not interested in me as a new patient. I am attempting to find another primary.
My doctor suddenly retired and I had to find a new primary care. Scheduling was easy and the staff was friendly. I thought Dr. Thomas listened when I spoke and I did feel respected. I am seeing her again in a week and I think she’ll be my new primary.
She's a very good doctor very helpful and very sweet.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This doctor has no regard for her patients! She will say one thing but do another. Her listening skills are subpar and she is already talking before you can finish your statement. During my first appointment I was discussing options and she cut me off to curtly let me know there were other doctors in my area I could transfer to. When I switched to another doctors, at some point in the process, she closed out one of my medication unbeknownst to me and has caused me unimaginable inconveniences... read more
