Needs to be utilised more with more Doctors and Departments / treatments 🩺. Best hospital I have been to, cleanest, good house keeping, easy to find your way around inside, sufficient parking & local. Why is it the Valleys only get things in half measures, make this a fully operational hospital please

Excellent there my son tore 3 tendons in his ankle. We went in seen by nurse had xray then seen doctor and out in 40 mins a bit different to 9 hour wait just to be seen in PCH
Nice of people is nice but midwife is most difficult i have to connect to midwife only Tuesday n Wednesday.. I need more day then that. And I find difficult to answer text with midwife they never reply until when they ask me appointment for blood or else they do reply but when I reply for help advice they never reply me back . I'm deaf I'm struggling to get through for this
The nurses were run off their feet. My relative had little to no physio and occupational therapy. No health care specialists were available on weekends and Mondays. Despite repeated requests for updates , the family was not notified of any social worker and discharge needs. Basically our relative is leaving in the same if not worse condition that when they entered. Ward managers were uncooperative and unreliable. Good points The place was clean.
