The one star is for the location, which is conveniently between Euston and Kings Cross Stations. However, everything else about this hotel fell completely flat. After booking we received an email to say the air con was broken and they were working on fixing it, turns out from other reviews it seems it has been broken for a long time! Wish that was something stated before booking as we had paid in full before we found out. Amazing staff, great service, would recommend to anyone to stay here.
Close to Euston / Kings Cross stations. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of noise - London right - but had good glazing to shut this all out. Had an undisturbed night. Restaurant on site but can't comment as didn't go there. Had friendly and polite help from a staff member at check in.
Absolutely terrible - the hotel’s aircon has been broken for over a year yet Premier Inn refuse to do anything about it, with old fans pushing around hot air in rooms instead. No indication of this upon booking, it is hell in summer. Rooms also smell and not clean.
