I went in February paid £15 for 24 hrs and received a parking fine 16 days later saying I had overstayed when the time in the parking ticket is clearly within the 24h. Complained and appealed and no response. Disgusting

Paid £15 for 24 hours and have just received a fine in the post even though we arrived at 12:35 and left at 10 next morning! So annoyed and will be making a complaint.
The Queen Hotel in Chester is conveniently located right across from Chester railway station, making it a great option for travelers. Parking is available at the back of the hotel and is chargeable for overnight stays. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good—though it would be nice to see more vegan options added. The amenities were well-maintained, and the reception staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay.
