Absolutely awful, it was nice at first, polite staff however we paid the zero deposit and they randomly whipped up another £800 bill before we could move in, they did NOT tell us our landlords are selling it, they are NOT clear if we’re getting kicked out or not, they gave us someone with 1 MONTH experience. Hinted towards entering our property without our presence as well as giving us a 4 hour notice and expecting our apartment to be crystal clean so it is good to the new landlords/oocupants.
