House buyers were fantastic ,even through my unexpected issues and hiccups. I suggest strongly that anyone in need of getting your home sold without having to handle the details, House Buyers really are fantastic. Anita was absolutely an angel and absolutely awesome!! Matt also was a gem.
Some very misleading and downright incorrect info on marketing material, trying to convince me (scare me) to sell my house before the market crashes. Very disturbing...
I needed to sell my condo quickly and HBOA made the process easy. No showings, no repairs, no realtor fees, no closing costs and I was able to leave all unwanted items behind for them to handle. The team at HBOA was professional and helped me throughout the process from start to finish.
Ryan English was very rude and unprofessional to my elderly mom on information regarding buying the house. Then when I stepped in to try and help out with communication, he was very rude to me and childish threats over the phone. I do not recommend house buyers of America. They are very unprofessional.
Anita was very helpful and patient. Highly recommend Update: after the 5 star review communications is almost non existent was closing a couple of times then not. Not a smooth transition at all.
