Wouldn't use this company for any claims, run by a load of un qualified staff. Made a complete mess of our claim. Over 4 years with 5 different case managers to then. Ignore all correspondence.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS i had a head injury with life changing outcome and was directed to this loser waster company via NCA that threw my case around like a piece of meat for 4 years to various numerous colleagues. no calls no replys. at the end of it i was forced to accept a pesky petty amount of money from these or they wanted 20k to attend court which my case was very strong. these losers arent the people you want to represent you . biggest mistake of my life by choosing these incompetent inexperienced shed of a company.
AVOID Left paying back thousands, they pulled out of their agreement while I was in Ukraine and had no emails or mail, as out of the country. Otherwise I would have responded.
I'm three years into a personal injury claim with no sign of resolution. The lack of communication has been appalling and the medico legal agency they work with is just as bad. On several occasions I've been told they're waiting for my medical records - from one place I have never been treated and on two occasions the surgery has never had any communication from them.
