Your Dog Butler was very professional and timely about retrieving my new puppy from the airport. Would recommend them for anyone importing a new puppy from Europe. Mark, the driver, was very knowledgeable, and friendly.

My dog came in from Europe on a plane and we both got picked up from the cargo building and transferred to the address. Everything was well timed and organized. We even had a little break for the dog to stretch her legs and relieve. Definitely recommending this service!

I had a great experience working with Your Dog Butler to bring my rescue cat, Freddie, from the United States to Canada. Arlene was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and guided me through all the paperwork and customs requirements. Arlene was wonderful to work with! She and her crew helped my puppy travel halfway around the world. They went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of. I could not have managed the logistics without Your Dog Butler. Highly recommend!
