I had a great experience working with Your Dog Butler to bring my rescue cat, Freddie, from the United States to Canada. Arlene was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and guided me through all the paperwork and customs requirements. Absolutely amazing service! I regrettably went with another company first and when things started to go south I contacted Your Dog Butler for help. Arlene amazingly took control and arranged my rescue dog’s relocation from Edmonton to Ottawa in record time. Great coordination, communication, problem solving skills and just overall service which completely eased my anxiety (as much as possible)! Thank you so much!
