Best service ever, highly recommended. Mark and Arlene give excellent customer service. They have always gone out of their way to fit me in when they could...especially when i had an emergency situation with my pet. I really appreciate the care and cosideration and compassion they have shown towards my pets care.....definitely number one pet taxi! I give them 10 stars

The staff especially Alice and Mark are friendly, prompt, and respectful . I recently worked with Arlene at Your Dog Butler to relocate my Cocker spaniel (Ruby) back to the UK from Toronto. This was Ruby's 3rd international move and it all went very smooth with no issues at all and good communications from Arlene and others involved in the process.
