⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about them. Their service is incredibly reliable, professional, and makes pet ownership so much easier. The staff especially Alice and Mark are friendly, prompt, and respectful . It's such a relief knowing pet owners don't have to worry about anything because they handle it quickly and thoroughly every time. I recently worked with Arlene at Your Dog Butler to relocate my Cocker spaniel (Ruby) back to the UK from Toronto. This was Ruby's 3rd international move and it all went very smooth with no issues at all and good communications from Arlene and others involved in the process.

We reached out to use the services of YDB to get our pup across the border, but because an SSN number wasn’t provided due to privacy reasons, the company refused to provide their services to us and wouldn’t even respond to me when I reached out asking why it was needed because legally it isn’t required 🚩 We ended up using another pet transport company who was cheaper, and did NOT require an SSN number. Our pup made it over the border with no issues whatsoever.

Helped me get my dog across the border into Canada. Super helpful and took care of everything including his plane ticket and boarding. Helped take a lot of stress off in trying to figure everything out and made everything super easy once he was in Canada.
