Amazing service throughout!! I had to relocate my Frenchie last minute after knowing it's not recommended for him to be cargo held. Arlene was incredibily quick in response and found me drivers in 1 day. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, everything was well organized and communicated. I would highly recommend to trust them with your pets!
I found your dog’s butler service very last minute on Google. I desperately needed to get my dog to a grooming appt which is not close to us in Toronto. Choosing them was the best decision. Mark was super professional, great with our dog Maple. Overall, the best service. Maple is now groomed and was also excited about the journey slept through the evening.
We have used the services of Your Dog Butler for shipping our puppies, as well as grown dogs and we could not be happier with the service. Arlene goes above and beyond to find the best way to get the dog wherever you need it to go, and she’ll be up front and honest with you about feasibility and pricing. The transporters she uses are kind to the animals, experienced, and comfortable handling our crazy working dogs. If you’re shipping dogs using anyone else, you’re using the wrong shipper.
I'm extremely grateful to Your Dog Butler! I was supported by Arlene and Mark after my flights were cancelled due to a storm that prevented me from picking up my new dog at the airport. Arlene helped me schedule the service less than 24 hours before I was supposed to be in Toronto and handled the chaos of an emergency situation with patience.
