Extremely top-tier service! I contacted YDB to receive my cat arriving in Toronto after a 24-hour journey, clear him through customs and bring him to Ottawa. From the moment I spoke to Arlene on the phone, the whole process was seamless. Communication was great, and she was so kind, patient and accommodating. Most importantly, I received my cat right at my doorstep while they took care of absolutely everything, including making sure he was well cared for and comfortable. Thank you so much, Arlene and Meegan! ❤ I would 100% r... read more
We just used Your Dog Butler to drive our two Vizslas from Canada to Florida, and I can't recommend them enough. Going in, I was a wreck. We were in the middle of a move, and on top of that our dogs had never been in a car for anything close to that long. I had no idea how they'd handle it. The team was so kind from the very start. They updated us every three hours for the entire drive, which made a huge difference, and they were incredibly accommodating with everything we asked for, from specific feeding instructions to m... read more
Your Dog Butler was an incredible service!! I had to ship my cats across province and into a boarding facility and Your Dog Butler communicated so well with me and even helped me make more informed decisions becuase I had no idea about the whole animal flying process. They sent me photos of my cats when they arrived and called to tell me how they were doing AND sent me more photos when they arrived at the facility. Just made the experience so much less stressful!! It was best experience with Your Dog Butler. Would recommend ... read more
Extremely Unprofessional, Negligent, and Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs! I strongly advise anyone against using "Your Dog Butler". We had a confirmed booking for ground transportation to a critical veterinary appointment on September 9, 2026. At the very last minute, they unilaterally canceled our appointment without my authorization or consent. Their sudden and unjustifiable failure to perform contracted services forced me to walk to the veterinary clinic on foot with my two dogs, placing an unacceptable physical and menta... read more
Highly recommend Your Dog Butler! We had a last-minute emergency and needed a rescue dog transported from his foster home to a boarding facility. They accommodated my frantic call with only about two hours’ notice. The transport was safe and professional, communication was excellent, and I received updates throughout the entire process. It gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful situation. I am incredibly grateful for their flexibility, responsiveness, and care. I would absolutely use their services again.
