Genuinely terrible. Failed to respond to emails or clarify requirements. I'm likely to miss the deadline on my remortgage after missing requirements that weren't made clear to me until the last moment.

I found the process pretty smooth, overall. There were a couple of times I needed to chase for a response or needed further clarification. But always got answers to the questions, I asked. I would use your conveyancer again.
Keep requesting the same information repeatedly. They don't read the case notes so asking for incorrect information. I get the feeling that a lot of them are in training. Not great I must say
