Really terrible experience with them! We have been really prompt in providing all the documents they requested for re-mortgage but they are extremely lax in their response. We are scared that the re-mortgage will not go through in due time because of them :(

Genuinely terrible. Failed to respond to emails or clarify requirements. I'm likely to miss the deadline on my remortgage after missing requirements that weren't made clear to me until the last moment.
