DO NOT USE. The rudest, most uncooperative letting agent I've ever encountered. I lived in one of their properties for a few years and issues were either ignored, dismissed or met with the most vile attitude and on one occasion it took almost half a year for mould to be treated and removed, despite the agent being made VERY aware of the health risks by myself. Please avoid at all costs. My friends and I rented a property with this company for several years. Kad is deeply untrustworthy and often aggressive. We had endless problems with the building (leaks, rodents, damp) and landlord and your city property never helped in any way. They had dodgy fees and never responded to emails or calls and would only call you when they wanted more money.

The lack of communication and lack of effort is insane. Went to view the flat on the first day, made an offer same day. For about two weeks the agent "didnt" know what was going on which i find very hard to believe because its not my first rodeo. I should have known from the first viewing with the realtors lack of anything. did not seem interested, could not be bothered. Thank you so much really!

I viewed a flat, told them i am happy to take it, got told i will be sent the contract within the same week. I had to call them more than 5 times with many calls going to voicemail. I kept on getting told that they were waiting on the landlord. 3 weeks later, still no calls, updates or email sent through with a contract attached I called them to check again and got told the landlord went private with the property... so I am left with no other options. Just shows that the agency isn't reliable at all. DISGUSTING!
