We have just completed the latest course with Fiona and genuinely going to miss not going next week. Fiona is so lovely, I attended a few of her relaxation classes after being in lockdown for most of my pregnancy. She made me feel so safe and welcome and I instantly felt relaxed. She is really down to earth and offered great tips at her pregnancy relaxation classes which really helped when I gave birth. She kept in touch and gave me words of encouragement and motivation during my stop start early labour. I would definitely recommend Your Body Your Birth classes!
