We had a terrible experience at Ultrasound direct in Warrington with a very cold dispassionate sonographer, on top of bad news regarding the baby. I just wanted to leave this review to mark the HUGE difference in the treatment we received here yesterday. Very warm and friendly receptionist and sonographer Elvie was honestly great. My partner went for a scan here. Great service from start to finish.
We booked for a reassurance scan and we were left feeling more stressed and emotional that before we went in. We were told that my partners bladder wasn't full enough, despite the fact that she felt she was sitting cross legged before the scan. We agreed to an internal scan (which cost extra but we didn't know until afterwards) and we're told that our baby was around 6 weeks, younger than we thought, and had stopped growing due to being unable to detect a heartbeat.
