Update ! The vet is getting worst and worst cane 10 minutes late for an appointment because there is no space to park , they asked me to reschedule my appointment!! I told them to cancel my profile with them as i will not comeback again they seemed careless and just said ok !!! This is the worst vet , receptionist is always rude , i was referred to use the service as C4 scheme because I didn’t know my availability i was told to call the following the reception said that they do not do it anymore and i have to pay !!! Been a client for many years, my small animals get the best care from them from the start until they pass. I lost my little Persian rescue recently and they gave her amazing palliative care, and allowed me to give her the best send off with her loved ones and her dogs around her. Nothing is ever too much trouble from the reception staff, to the vet nurses, to the vets, they work together and make your pets feel special.
Always visit this place for my dog’s vet issues . Love the kindness and expertise that the staff and doctor exhibits.
Very accommodating, our dog had done something to his eye, our normal vets couldn't see him , but their ealing branch could. Thank you.
