Incredible service every time, very friendly and understanding reception and medical staff, always busy but such a blessing to have a well-ran NHS clinic like this!
I have never left a review of Google before but thought this important to say. I came to this clinic on the basis of hugely positive reviews and it met up to them in every way. From the information I was given pre-appointment by phone (which was clear and thorough) to the receptionists at the clinic, to the cheerful nurses, my experience was entirely positive and un-judgemental. The sexual heath clinic they are good and the nurses are good if you want to put an implant on your arm they are good but there department are strict you have to be there on time for your appointment. But the people who work on the reception they are not good because sometimes when you arrive on time or when your late by accident they sometimes make an excuse for not to see you for your appointment and sometimes they make excuses saying oh the nurses are not there they finish there job and you have come back the next day if ... read more

the blonde nurse Adiene, she is probably the only nurse I’ve ever felt comfortable around. Definitely deserves all the best she does❤️
