It was a challenge for us to find accomodation at the time we first arrived in the UK in 2022, but Young Gilling Ltd were willing to take on the challenge without hesitation and given us a place to live. Sorry to say but I have had very bad experience with this agency. At the end of tenancy they refused to give back my deposit without any reason we gave them more than one month notice even we left property before ten days finishing my tenancy also we did cleaning very well but they did not return mydeposit would not recommend this agency they are not trustworthy.
I phoned regarding a property for lease. We are desperate to move and found the perfect property with this agent. I called to make an enquiry and book a viewing however I was told by the receptionist that The sales guy (Craig)was working from home and I had to email him! I said is there any chance you can get him to call me back I was told no I have to email him. First time ever in a sales environment where I've had to chase somebody.
