Care was good although there could be lots of improvements, when I called the office when carers were very late not even turning up or question regarding my Dads care I was so shocked at the response I received extremely rude with attitude, many times I tried to email with no response for days, I eventually managed to speak to HR with my concerns and she would call me back in 5 days time, 2 weeks later I’m still waiting!!!
