They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Does this provider give unbiased advice? Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I am pregnant and needed a cleaning. My gums were bleeding due to the pregnancy. Unfortuanately I could not get a cleaning with my regular dentist. I decided to go to Yorktown because I could get a quick appointment. When I called I made it known that I was pregnant and just wanted a cleaning and I did not want X rays done. I was assured that this was ok and I just needed a form from my doc saying that I was pregnant (it states you can't have certain procedures or medications).
