This is a poor run office and business . Made an appt. for my daughter two weeks later they called to change it, then a week after that called to change the time finally on the day of her appt. 4 hours before and after I took the day off work again called me to cancel ,when I explained that I took the day off the receptionists response was" its not my fault the doctor had an emergency". Worst run office I have ever come in contact with. I will not go there nor recommend to anyone. I wouldnt give the dentist any star rating.

No, they were on time Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? No, I wasn't given any helpful advice Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Whenever I need to make an appointment I always get something two or three months out. I find the staff at the front desk very unfriendly. I have an appointment today, three days after Hurricane Sandy. I assume they have no power. However, I would expect someone to call from a cell phone letting me know if I have to reschedule my appointment. After this next appointment I will find a new dentist. Bad customer service.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No

No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it
