Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider rush your appointment? No Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They are always very careful and meticulous Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
