Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

No, but I can always find a seat Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No
