From the first visit for an estimated they guys were amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable, happy to point pitfalls for want we wanted to do. Suggesting better options. The workforce were pleasant and happy to explain, show us what they were doing. Cleaned and tidied up afterwards. All in all a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this company.
Thought I'd wait till we'd had big rain and lots of snow before posting a review, but we've now had both. Our conservatory makeover/new roof is fantastic, looks (and feels) more like an extension, and has massively improved the appearance of our house. We can't recommend YWR enough - friendly, professional, and, importantly - 'can do'!
Called into the showroom to have a look around and ended up booking an appointment to measure up and quote us for an extension on the back. They called to cancel the appointment 25 minutes before they were due to arrive and rearranged which wasn’t to much of a problem. New appointment was attended to but arrived 35 minutes late, again no big deal.
