Absolutely fantastic service at Yorkshire Runner in Otley! It’s so nice to get expert advice from passionate runners who really know their stuff. They took the time to make sure I was well looked after, giving me great guidance on the best shoes for my feet. On a weekend break I called into Yorkshire Runner to enquire about Hoka Clifton 9 shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have my size and informed me a new model was being released. I tried on a few other pairs to get the correct size. They then checked online to see if they could size order a pair in my size. Thankfully they could. They covered postage to send them to me in Northern Ireland. The staff were extremely helpful and the customer service was outstanding.
