Amazing company and team. We first took installation of our tub near 6 years ago from Yorkshire Hot Tubs. They worked seamlessly with our garden designer and handled all dates and timings through him, along with advising base sizes to built and how the tub would get into our garden. We inherited a hot tub from the purchase of our new house. Therefore we didnt know anything about how to use or maintain it. We used Yorkshire hot tubs to carry out a full service before we used it. Steve who came, went through everything in detail, including the functions, how to maintain the tub and the process of using all the chemicals. We also bought the full chemical kit.
