Went to the accessories shop to get a new whale pump. Found to be very expensive £20+ more than on line but needed it that day. none of the people that were stood talking in the shop weren't very knowledgeable about the pump when I asked for some advice so I won't be going back unless emergency .......
Picked our new bailey alicanto grande deluxe evora up yesterday most pleasant experience we have had at a caravan dealers. Both Ken and Nigel were very helpful and the handover was very smooth and professional. We had a a small issue on the afternoon but Jake came straight out and sorted it in ten minutes. Well done
Great service, on holiday in the area when our truma water pump gave up the ghost. I contacted Yorks Caravans and ended up paying for than £30 more expensive than online! Truely ripped off.!
Hardly any accessories in store and what was there twice the price of our vist to Catterick leisure world, sorry but true go and look for yourself
