Phoned yesterday to place a deposit on a caravan I’d seen online and wanted to know the terms of the 500 deposit and more details on the van. We bought a brand new caravan in July 2023 and was very happy with the deal but when someone goes wrong with the caravan under warranty bawtry caravan are extremely rude and don't want to know!! Our skylight was leaking quite heavily and soaked the mattress, we reported the problem at the bigging of June and we still have no date of when the repair will be carried out, we have missed so many trips away, we bought the caravan to take our son away who has special needs because its easier for him to be in a familiar environment... read more
