totally rubbish, lied to me about my meds being ready, already 5 days late but they think it's okay, different story if i torture them for 5 days, find a better surgery seriously

Saw Dr. Cheryl Lewis-Chaplin for several jabs before going abroad. I hate having injections and was very nervous, but Cheryl put me totally at rest and was incredibly understanding. The injections were so much better than expected, mostly because she really put me at ease. Her advice on travel precautions etc was so helpful, and she kindly updated my inoculation history which wasn't entered correctly. Overall a kind, professional and knowledgeable doctor. Many thanks!
