Dr. Sanjay's youtube clips helped me get over my concerns about the heart palpitations I was having, for about 3 months, which were getting worse. Like Sanjay said that 'worrying only make palpitations increase' which they did. So after watching Sanjay's youtube clips, I calmed down and took his advice about taking Magnesium.
