RecommendedThis was my first time boarding my pup and everything was spectacular. I was sent photos/updates on how she was doing and the staff was very friendly and professional. I also price compared with other facilities and found that VCA was the most affordable and by far the most well maintained facility in the area. Highly recommend!

I found out things that happen after I left them with my lab when they took her back to do nails and other things. The manager at that time was rude to clients and to the workers making a unhealthy environment other vca locations are much better. They had a big turn of staff vets in particular leave so when you made an appointment with one you found out when you got there that person left
RecommendedI have gone to another vet for 10 years and have now taken 4 different dogs there. Recently my little Maltese, Sidney, had a dental abscess and his mouth was in bad shape. They wouldn’t do the work and referred us to a specialist that was going to charge $160 just for a consult.. I can only imagine what surgery would have costed. On February 7, 2021 at 9:04am, I called the VCA 24-hour emergency line to request an appointment for my 8 year old dog who was symptomatic with vomiting and severe diarrhea on and off for 6 hours during the night. I explained that he had spent a significant amount of time outdoors that day and given the duration of his symptoms, I was scared he may have eaten something poisonous. RecommendedI took my dog to the Referral center. Staff was very professional and offered good communication. It’s done curbside so good communication of what to expect is highly appreciated. Even though it wasn’t the diagnosis I was hoping for, Dr. Kuhlman was excellent in explaining everything in great detail making sure I understood what all the options were. He seemed caring and provided good quality medical care.
