The day of the appointment I got a reminder text which I loved.. was not sure how I would feel about not being able to go in with him but when we got there we called and they went over my concerns and came out and got Rocco .. our fur baby is only 8wks old . RecommendedMy 13 year old dog had to be put to sleep just a few days before Christmas. He was a rescue dog and was a challenge to put it nicely. No vet really took the time to listen and understand how difficult he was, and try to help me, until I met Dr. Welch. The first time I brought Scrappy in for his annual checkup she spent almost an hour talking to me about his aggression, what I had tried in the past, his heart murmur, medication, behavioral options, everything. We attempted to get our dog in tonight for an emergency, we were told it would be a eight hour wait. Not sure what effectiveness an emergency vet can have if one has to wait until the following day to be even checked in. That is why we have family veterinarians . Valley Oaks, sorry but you need to up your game. What a joke!

RecommendedI highly recommend VAC Mainland, they where absolutely amazing with my dog. She went in not eating, bearly drinking, not wanting to move or play with her toys. They found the issue and took great care of her. Now she is back to her old self. Can’t thank them enough!!
