This morning I woke up to a sick Staffy! I drove her to the VCA and they were able to work her in even with COVID! The curb side system works! I dropped her off in good hands. Thank God for dog insurance! After an X-ray and two medications, I was able to bring my baby home. I want to thank all the staff that took care of my Grace! Thank you Dr. Kunz.

Jean and I would like to express our gratitude to the staff for taking such good care of all of our cats over the years. About a week ago we had to say goodbye to Jutebug. We were not really prepared for it because in Nov she had a great exam. We did know something was very wrong because she ate and drank little, etc. Thank you for giving us all the information we needed to decide it was time to let her go (euthanize her). VCA has become a corporate vet that simply doesn’t care anymore. I have known of several recent issues that clients have had and one involving a very special dog to me. Their lack of caring and compassion and forethought into the animals care Is getting to a be a problem. Corporate polices and lack of intelligence has caused this vet to decline in service.
I had to make a very hard choice of putting my dog baby down who was 15 years of age. As the Vet examine him. She stated it would be best. they had him a nice size room on a soft mat. and it was quite and calming. I was there when this amazing dog entered this world. And I was there when left. When the vet gave the drug that made him go to sleep for good. I'm sure she was in tears as well. they were caring and sweet and thought about my feelings. thank you very much to the staff. and I think it was Dr Young as her name.

Dr. Kelly has been seeing my pup for six years since she was a puppy. I cannot rave about her enough! She goes above and beyond and truly cares about my dog as if she were her own. We arrived at 6:30am with our 80# dog who had been bitten several days ago in the chest by a viscous dog. We were treating the wound at home and worried that it could become infected. Yesterday I was on the phone speaking with emergency vet clinics all over Riverside County (we live in Idyllwild). No one would see him since it was not considered an emergency. Very disappointed after taking our 4 month old puppy here. We were charged $587 to be told she must of sprained her back! Then was charged $28 for 7 anti-inflammatory pills that I then Googled and could have gotten 30 pills for the same price! We have no answers as to why our playful puppy is now in so much pain! And 3 days worth of medication for her! The bottle of pills told us to give 1 pill every 12 hours for 7 days yet we only got 7 pills and when we called back to ask why we never got a call back.
