RecommendedThe staff we saw today were amazing and helped us make a very hard decision for our girl. we felt like we were given an honest assessment and decided the best course of action for our dog Momo was to end her pain. she was taken extremely good care of in her last hours. even with covid we were allowed the opportunity to be with her and say our goodbyes. the staff didn't try to rush us in anyway and you felt as if they were mourning with you. Went there for a heart worm med and an ear infection script for a new adoption. When I tried to order the the heart worm meds through Petco, the staff at the animal hospital refused to validate the Rx over the phone. Instead, Petco was told to call back a week later when the part/time doctor that treated my pup was in.
