My dog decided to take a dive off of our second story balcony last night. We drove all around town trying to find someone (anyone) who would see her. We ended up here! They made me feel like she was going to be fine right off the bat by making sure she was stable before they put us on a waiting list. The wait wasn't too long. They took x-rays and the vet explained everything to me to where I could thoroughly understand. We left feeling so much better and with a happy playful dog (thanks to her pain meds). The staff and the doctors at this animal hospital are amazing. No dumb questions and always able to assist with anything. They really helped with my fist little of puppies, so glad they are around and here to help 24/7
I like vet both Dr. Grace Matsuura. and Dr. Craig Fujioka. Because they accept who I am. I am deaf. They understood me awhile we communicate each other (write note or type computer each other.) They both knew me since probably around 2008. They're very friendly and very respect and much more. They both are wonderful vet I ever have. We had scheduled two appointments, one for our dog, and for my mom's dog to stay while we were on vacation. Our dog got sick and passed away the day before the stay. It would have been nice if they would have waived the fees, but they still charged us. The passing of our beloved fur kid was horrible and to be charged on top of that was throwing salt on the wound. However, they took great care of my mom's dog, since they were going to charge anyways we still took him there.
