My dog was admitted last night for a fever and upset stomach, I was charged 1200 which was a lot but I bit my teeth to pay for it, payment is due upon admission. I did not get a follow call until I complain this morning at 9am which I am willing to see what the outcome is. The facility is staffed and clean and I hate for their service to go down the tubes, stay tune for more details.
Excellent service. Called to update after procedure and then the home instructions were very clear.
Doctor Weiss is the best. We love the staff. Everyone seems so interested in our dogs and what is best for them.
I love it when I go it's awesome there so nice to pets but not cheap
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I belong to an OFA Hip Forum ( over 3000 members ) on Facebook and read what terrible service and no respect they give, I will NOT refer any of my puppy clients to this practice.
