I am extremely upset at VCA! I called yesterday about neuter and spay my dogs. I was told that they did not have any appointments anytime soon, but after a few minutes the lady said that they had a cancellation so that she would be able to fit the dogs in today. Then she went on to say that they could only do the surgery if they do the physical too.
