Really bad experience. After the first initial call for an additional mortgage, they’ve starting the application. Bank didn’t want to allow a bigger mortgage. So i called the bank, i’ve done the work with them and i got the money requested. (This is normally a job for the broker, not the client). The only good thing was the suggestion of the solicitor.
