I first met Vikki at an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Course she was holding at The Yoga House. I had come across Ayurvedic Massage in India but hadn’t heard of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. Vikki delivered a great session and there is where I spoke to her about having Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Treatment for myself. Lying on a heated double futon on the floor under light blankets enjoying your whole body being physically softened and stretched out by Vikki's intuitive touch is blissful. Gentle music, fragrant therapeutic oils, cosy warmth, just breathe, let go and embrace the expansion.
This is not a 'cosmetic' massage, this is therapy for the body, the mind and the emotions. Muscles are stretched, knots are released and calm is restored.
