Once you have your keys, tenants will not see or hear from housing officers or housing managers again (unless you put in a corporate complaint) The voids manager passes off seriously unfit properties as safe. Emails are not replied to. Calls are not returned. Excuses are recycled again and again. Numerous repairs and faults for the year I've lived here. Staff absolutely appaling, Silvia a worker of mine wouldn't help in anyway and I was cost 2 jobs being stopped to talk every time I left the building and with uc saying they are priority which isn't the case and this for another thing but uc calling me retarded and not speaking in over a month which is about to be reported also
