Staff absolutely appaling, Silvia a worker of mine wouldn't help in anyway and I was cost 2 jobs being stopped to talk every time I left the building and with uc saying they are priority which isn't the case and this for another thing but uc calling me retarded and not speaking in over a month which is about to be reported also
Tried to do everything online as requested, but no acknowledgement. After a fortnight sent an e-mail. STILL no response. Tried ringing three times, but after being informed by automated voice I was 23rd, 17th and lastly 14th in the queue I gave up. Just want a quick call to a human being. Is anyone working for YHN anymore?
