Took my car in for transmission issues (this was the2nd time) they said I had a bad battery So replaced and ran diagnostics. Charged me $300. I took the old battery back for refund because it was only purchased 11 months ago! They checked and said it was good! I went to 3 more businesses and each one told me the same!! I called Ford to ask for a refund because they replaced a Good battery! I was told I don’t know what I was talking about! They wouldn’t accept because it want done by a Ford Dealership! Was disappointed when we rode by your new lot yesterday to see all the grass clippings blown into the road on 5th ave.....not ONLY is this against the law, but this is a danger to the Motorcycle riding community! Thankfully we were able to get into another lane without encountering the danger, but with the grass and the rain, this could have been a bad outcome, had we been unable to merge over!
