Enjoyable purchasing experience. Shannon was great to work with and I am very happy with my new truck. My only suggestion is that there needs to be better communication between the sales department and the service department. I had ordered a bed liner and was scheduled to have it installed. After 30 minutes, I was informed it hadn't been ordered and had to come back a week later. world's worst body shop and car lot PM any questions
The service center is a joke! Save yourself some aggravation and take your vehicle elsewhere for service! Had an 8:00am appointment and since I had someone pick me up so I didn’t have to wait in their waiting room they chose not to take my vehicle back for its service. Came back at 12:45 to pick vehicle up and it hadn’t been touched. Women at the desk was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude about it. What was the point in even making an appointment? This service center was way better when it was Turnpike Ford.
