I went in for a routine oil change and mentioned an issue with the door lock/remote. They researched it while the oil was being changed and in a matter of minutes I was made aware of the situation and it was resolved while I was there! I really appreciate that I did not have to make a separate appointment and the staff was Very friendly and accommodating! Thanks so much!

I was blessed enough to take advantage of one of their $250 cars that they have for sell today. Gary Ward knew that I was in a difficult financial situation and needed a car, so he made sure that I knew about this sale. The staff was wonderful. I was treated as if I was buying a $25,000 car and not a $250. I am so thankful for wonderful people like Todd Judy Ford sales staff for helping me be one step closer to getting my life back in order.
Supposedly got us a truck that was being built. Did all the paperwork. Supposed to get it in 2-3 weeks. Signed papers nov. 14. After 5 weeks started getting the run around. Also got letters from other finance company that our November payment was late. We were told on the 14th not to make the payment. They finally admitted they couldn’t produce the truck. Hole in oil filter on thanksgiving day.. Called road side assistance, had my explorer towed to Todd Judy ford in Huntington.. service advisor calls me first thing next morning, and the service manager called me twice the same day to let me know exactly what was going on with my car.. These guys are top notch, wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else!!!
